Where we ship
All orders are sent Australia-wide via Australia Post Registered Post.
International shipping is coming soon.
Costs
Shipping rates are based on the size of your order:
- 1 bottle — $27 + $9.95 shipping
- 2 bottles — $54 ($27 per bottle + free shipping)
- 5 bottles — $125 ($25 per bottle + free shipping)

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or faulty
If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the product, please write to us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right.
A photo of the product and packaging will help us assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch and we'll work with you to resolve it.
